Dr. Raphael Pazo played the bagpipes so beautifully at our 2023 9/11 Remembrance Ceremony for first responders in Sacramento County.  This was the most beautiful bagpipe performance I’ve ever seen. He is dependable, reliable and very punctual.  His dress uniform and presentation are impeccable, and he is always friendly and courteous. His renditions of Amazing Grace and Going Home were beautiful and flawless, and his performance of his original composition Salute to the Heroes of 9/11 was the highlight of the program. I highly recommend him to anyone who need a piper for any occasion.

Dr. Pazo played the bagpipes at our 9/11 Remembrance Ceremony and we are so pleased we found him.  He was referred to us by another law enforcement agency who had used his services as bagpipe player and spoke very highly of him.  Dr. Pazo is the consummate professional in every way: he is great communicator and promptly answered all our phone call and emails; he worked very well with the members of our Joint Honor Guards and Color Guards; he is always friendly, polite and adapts quickly to last-minute changes. He was is punctual and his elegant presentation and appearance are second to none. Lastly, his playing of the Scottish Great Highland Bagpipes is so beautiful and harmonious, the best that I’ve ever heard. I highly recommend him as a piper to anyone who is looking for the best.
